Brooklyn-based Drag Queen and intergalactic time-traveler, MAGNIFA (she/her), aims to tell stories through performance, fashion, and a whole lot of makeup. A lover of craft, she sews and creates as many of her pieces as possible, combining them with vintage acquisitions from her space travels. Though partially colorblind, her looks are all encapsulated visions of the chromatic, and many looks pay homage to a bygone era of trends or a historic icon.
MAGNIFA adores creating striking imagery and has collaborated on photoshoots with Voxigma Lo (@voxigma.lo), Ryan Kell (@seekaxiom) and Ru Afza (@ru.afza), in addition to her home studio work. MAGNIFA performed in Bushwig 2024 and was the runner-up for the @thebitchfestnyc Season 3 Grand Finale in July 2024, after winning her month of February 2024. She also competed in the final season of DRAGnet in November 2023.
MAGNIFA is the resident Stage Queen for her drag mother, Untitled Queen, and assists with the run of her shows at C’mon Everybody.
