The Space Grant program is BAX’s oldest residency program for developing artists. This focused 3–4 month residency was initially created for choreographers and dance artists, and was expanded to support theater and multidisciplinary performance artists in the late 1990s. A significant number of Artists In Residence started their relationship with BAX as space grantees. Below you will find the more than 200 amazing artists who make up our Space Grant alumni.
