SCOUT DURWOOD is a Los Angeles based cabaret singer turned writer/comedian. Her debut studio album, TAKE ONE THING OFF, was released with Blue Élan Records along with a twenty-two episode digital series of the same name, which was written and directed by Scout. The series amassed over 275k views on YouTube and was nominated for Best Indie Series at the 2019 Streamy Awards. In 2020 and 2021 and she released follow up EP’s, COMEDY ELECTRONICA VOL. 1 & 2. Her feature length visual album, YOUTOPIA premiered at Outfest in 2022.
Scout starred in MTV’s scripted comedy series, MARY + JANE and appeared as one of six cast member on Oxygen’s FUNNY GIRLS. Her thirty minute comedy special was released in 2018 in on the Epix series, UNPROTECTED SETS. Scout is an accomplished cabaret singer and nationally touring stand up comedian. Her second comedy music album is set to release in the spring of 2020 along with a feature length visual album. She currently has a scripted half hour comedy series in development with Sony Entertainment.
