REHEARSAL RENTALS
You are eligible to book at these subsidized rehearsal rates if you:

- are an independent dance/theater/performance artist or company
- use the space for the creation and development of your artistic work
- are not charging tuition or a fee to participants in the rehearsal
- rehearsal hours are available on a first-come, first-served basis

The BAX Building in Park Slope
Rates
- $10/hour Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- $16/hour Monday-Friday 6pm-10pm and Saturdays & Sundays 9am-10pm
- *Same-day bookings at $8/hour for current renters in good-standing. Please call (718) 832-0018 or email rentals@bax.org. Same-day rehearsal space can not be booked online.
- A $25 Annual Maintenance Fee will be charged to all renters, and goes towards general operating costs to outfit our studios for dance and theater use.

The BAX Annex in Downtown Brooklyn/Fort Greene

Accessibility
- Located at 80 Hanson Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11217, 1-2 blocks away from Atlantic Av-Barclays Center (2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R), 2 blocks from Fulton Street G, and 2-3 blocks from Lafayette Avenue on the C.
- The BAX Annex is located on the ground floor of a wheelchair-accessible building, with elevator access and ADA-compliant restrooms.
- The back yard is also wheelchair-accessible.
