School Pick Up Service
We provide School Pick Up services on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to select local schools and schools with whom we have longstanding arts partnerships; we are not a full-service after-school program.
BAX offers an excellent child to adult ratio to ensure the quality and safety of our School Pick UP experience. Therefore, we can only commit to as many school pick ups as we have the staff resources to accommodate.
Once students arrive at BAX, they will be in a supervised space with games, activities, books, and homework time. Please be sure to pack a snack for your child to fuel up before class!
Please note that BAX only offers School Pick Up at regularly scheduled school dismissal times and follows the Department of Education’s calendar for holidays and school breaks. BAX does not provide pick-up on early dismissal days.
School Pick Up Rates
PS 118, PS 39, and PS 321 Upper and Lower (walk): $200 per child for weekly pick up for the duration of the semester.
Brooklyn New School (BNS, PS 146) and PS 130 Upper and Lower (walk + subway ride): $220 per child for weekly pick up for the duration of the semester.
School Pick Up registration is online when you register for a class. Please be sure to register for the correct school.
